healthy no-bake yumness!

With only a half cup of honey needed to sweeten this whole batch of cookies, i have tweaked this no-bake recipe to perfection. 




Cocoa Honey Oatmeal No-Bake Cookie



1/2 cup honey

1/3 cup cocoa

1/2 cup milk (any type)

1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil or butter 

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled or quick oats 


1 teaspoon vanilla

pinch of fine sea salt

(1/2 c sliced almonds, diced apricots,

 raisins, etc... (optional)


Use a medium sauce pan, over medium heat.

First pour in milk and honey, bring to a 

gentle boil. Stir in honey,coconut oil and 

peanut butter.

Boil for one minute. Remove from heat. 

Stir in: vanilla, sea salt, and oats. 

May also add any additional nuts, raisins, 

etc... if you wish) We added sliced almonds.
  Drop by spoonfuls onto lined cookie sheets.




 Mmmmmmmmmmm..... chocolatey!


  Stick the pan into the refrigerator until the mounds are set, then eat away.
